Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership to the restaurant team, ensuring that they consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness, while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture and mission.
  • Profitability and Sales Growth: Ensure the profitability of the business by operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth.
  • Public Safety Foundation Initiatives: Implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
  • Communication and Representation: Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Owner on all issues that may impact business and represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times.
