We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Maui Brewing. As a key member of our warehouse department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of inventory, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to pull orders and stage container loads, with a focus on meeting shipping schedules and receiving inventory from the packaging department.
- Receiving and Processing: Accurately receive and process incoming shipments, including checking inventory movements and verifying load maps and labels.
- Loading and Shipping: Load containers for outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and secure loading, and maintaining accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including conducting end-of-month inventory counts and participating in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including rotating stocks of raw materials and finished goods.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with all staff members, communicate clearly and professionally, and provide guidance and training to new team members.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 55 lbs. from the ground to shoulder high, lift 110 lbs. from the ground to waist high, and move 165 lbs. along the floor, as well as work in a loud environment with basic safety accommodations.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift experience preferred.
