Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain buildings/facilities, including floors, walls, windows, and equipment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Safety and Security: Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Essential Functions
  • Clean and maintain building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
  • Clean and dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
  • Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas.
  • Remove stains from surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
  • Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions.
  • Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
  • Clean and vacuum carpeted areas.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation.
  • Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
