Job Summary

Analog Devices is seeking a highly skilled Process Sustaining Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance yield, quality, cost, and cycle time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
  • Investigate and resolve process discrepancies and implement quality improvement programs
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) fundamentals to identify areas for improvement
  • Optimize process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
  • Qualify new equipment, raw materials, and consumable parts
  • Monitor process and equipment to improve quality
  • Analyze cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency
  • Write operating procedures and specifications
  • Partner with manufacturing operations to continuously improve factory performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study
  • 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with preference for Dielectrics experience (AMAT Producer toolset)
  • Able to work on-site in a cleanroom environment
