At Management Concepts, we're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and company.
Key Responsibilities:- Articulate and lead the instructional design process to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Develop and implement content and learning experiences for various audiences and delivery methods, including instructor-led and digital delivery.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop learning solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various learning approaches, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a related field. Master's degree a plus.
- Formal training in instructional design required.
- 2-3 years of experience designing and developing participant-centered, applied learning solutions.
- Experience using learning technology tools and applications a plus.
- Ability to work independently or with little direction, when required.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
