Job Summary

The Member Service Center Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our members. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales and service goals by presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members.
  • Process financial transactions, including account openings, closings, and transactions.
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs.
  • Initiate check orders and handle file maintenance on dormant or flagged accounts.
  • Support and educate members on online banking, bill pay, and other electronic services.
  • Process daily checks for electronic submissions and research and correct account errors.
  • Act as an answer center for credit union information and policies.
  • Process ATM/debit card lost/stolen, block, and purge requests.
  • Respond to member and non-member inquiries via live chat, email, and secure support.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of related experience and/or training preferred.
