Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with transportation spend of $30 million and above. This involves meeting with executive decision makers to discuss our DCS service offerings and developing strategic plans to sell to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and other opportunity prospecting methods to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet with customers and prospective customers to discuss viable opportunities, understand their business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to implement customer solutions, including participation in kick-off meetings.
- Monitor the health of accounts, including customer KPI review, revenue quality monitoring, and watching for additional opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to meet customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a similar field, or 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
The expected starting pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000. This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship. J.B.
