Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Present yourself in a professional manner and appearance in day-to-day contact with customers, guests, and co-workers.
- Work Scope Execution: Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards, utilizing applicable technical data relative to work performed, including maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair and modifications, and fueling and de-fueling.
- Quality Control: Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of the normally assigned duties.
- Efficiency and Resource Utilization: Perform at maximum efficiency by effective use of available resources.
- Regulatory Compliance: Possess a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135 as required.
- Aircraft Maintenance Paperwork: Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Shift Turnover Requirements: Support Aircraft Crew Chief with the shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate and cooperate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives of the work scope.
- Service Delivery: Perform daily activities toward providing services and deliverables to the customer that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
- Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain good housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5S system of sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain. Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and drive to zero defects in workmanship and safety.
- Company Rules and Regulations: Observe and administer company rules and regulations and safety policy and standard operating procedures.
- Department Goals and Objectives: Support the corporate mission and vision through achievement of department goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Certification: FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years' experience in business jet maintenance environment, preferably on Falcon aircraft.
- APU Operation: APU Operation qualified.
- Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Aircraft Diagrams and Schematics: Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics.
- Lifting and Manual Dexterity: Lift up to 50 pounds and have manual dexterity required for technician.
- Work Environment: Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and cleaning solvents. Work and bend in a confined workspace.
- Computer Skills: Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software.
