BTE Body Company, Inc. is a leading provider of heavy-duty truck equipment and sales solutions in the United States.
We operate in 40+ locations across 9 states, serving over 1,500 team members and numerous customers with our extensive network.
Salary
As a BTE Body Company Salesperson, you can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and performance.
This figure may vary based on your location and individual contributions to the company's success.
Job Description
This role focuses on selling BTE products, utilizing technical, organizational, and customer knowledge skills to influence customers and apply our products/services to their needs, generating revenue for the company and delivering excellent service to our clients.
The successful candidate will work within assigned territories, maintaining customer contacts and relationships while staying current on market trends and documenting all activity in our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum 2 years retail sales experience preferred.
Candidates should have strong verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent time management abilities.
A valid CDL or ability to obtain one within 60 days is also essential for this position.
