- Help organize events and meetings effectively
- Maintain accurate attendance records and reports
- Facilitate clear communication between staff and students
Qualifications:
- Experience in youth programs or educational facilities
- Excellent communication abilities
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to engage with diverse communities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Mandarin is advantageous
- Possession of valid certifications and tests as required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift items up to 40 pounds
- Frequent use of a computer and verbal communication
Work Environment:
Regular exposure to a computer monitor is expected.
Compensation: $20.36-$22.80 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
