Foster positive change in diverse communities as a Travel BCBA with Hopebridge. You'll embark on 6-month assignments across various locations, including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Adhere to stringent professional and ethical benchmarks set by the BACB while conducting behavioral assessments, designing intervention plans, and supervising team members.


Salary and Benefits

Ranging from $77,000 to $118,750, our total compensation package includes a base salary, bi-weekly bonuses, and additional incentives. Enjoy mission bonuses of up to $2,000 per month, relocation assistance of up to $5,000, clinician-designed bonuses, paid time off, health insurance, vision coverage, dental insurance, 401(k) matching, disability coverages, and more.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and design evidence-based intervention plans tailored to unique needs.
  • Supervise and guide team members, ensuring they deliver high standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse group, ensuring interventions remain consistent across settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A master's degree or higher in a relevant field is required. A current BCBA certification from the BACB is also necessary.
  • Proficient Board Certified Behavior Analysts who excel in conducting behavioral assessments, designing intervention plans, and adhering to professional and ethical benchmarks.

The First 30 Days: Integration and Growth

  • Participate in training sessions to develop new skills and practice with tools, software, and evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in case reviews to discuss and receive clinical coaching for current clients and interventions.
