Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs): Determine the underlying causes of behaviors through thorough assessments.
  • Create Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Develop targeted treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Observe, Record, and Analyze Data: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Provide Training and Support: Educate families and staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work with other experts to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document Client Progress: Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with data collection and analysis methodologies is highly valued.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • An active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with individuals with behavioral challenges.
  • A strong understanding of behavioral analysis principles and practices.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
