Job Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician at FoundArt Academy, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one behavioral services to individuals. This position requires strong communication skills and patience to support learners in achieving their goals in various settings.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will work under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and maintaining accurate clinical notes. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training and meetings, as required.

Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have current/active RBT certification, a High School Diploma, and reliable transportation. Experience working with children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is preferred. Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly is also essential.

Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
