About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at Dragados. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction and utility plans to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update conflict matrices on a daily basis
  • Meet with project crews daily to review production schedules and confirm availability of materials, equipment, and resources
  • Analyze shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements, and project data to ensure quality and contract compliance
  • Provide technical input for project work plans and scheduling, identifying potential risks that could impact budget or schedule
  • Catalog outstanding issues and assign priorities to responsible personnel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and training
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Field Engineer, with 2 years of experience in managing people and processes
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software

Compensation Package: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, offering a full compensation package that recognizes your value and contributions to the team.
