About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Tech to join our team at Foundations Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Tech, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and secure unit environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Observe, report, and record patient behaviors under the supervision of nursing staff.
  • Assist in providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human services field, with direct contact with individuals receiving services.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
