  • Articulate product vision and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.
  • Deliver user-centric products and experiences, driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform product strategies, optimize performance, and measure success.
  • Navigate evolving markets, technologies, and challenges, driving product innovation and staying ahead of the competition.
  • Partner with diverse teams, such as engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver cohesive and effective product solutions.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute product initiatives within budget and timelines, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager and Leader in a B2B SaaS product company.
  • Previously led a Product Management Team, with experience managing scrums.
  • Forward-looking, philosophical thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Highly intellectual and analytical, with strong decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about AI-driven innovation and committed to delivering user-centric products.
  • Experience working in a founder-run company, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it.
