Head of Product

Connecticut Innovations is seeking a seasoned Product Visionary to lead the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our products and product lines. As Head of Product, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for guiding the product vision and strategy, overseeing product roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and driving user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Oversee product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives to drive growth and innovation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive user-centered design, ensuring products meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform product strategies, optimize performance, and measure success.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager and Leader in a B2B SaaS product company.
  • Proven experience in building, leading, and mentoring diverse, high-performing product teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
