Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pest Control Specialist. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer pest concerns and issues through effective treatment and prevention methods.
  • Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures.
  • Advise customers of potential problems and provide solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided and maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure seamless service delivery and address any customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
  • A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
  • A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
