Horticultural Specialist

The Horticultural Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Wynn Las Vegas resort's interior and exterior plant material, trees, irrigation, and horticultural elements. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

• Maintain the Wynn standards of service, cleanliness, and appearance for all areas.
• Ensure the safe and pristine work environment at all times.
• Operate specialized power and motorized equipment, including blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and sprayers.
• Ensure proper care and safe use of equipment and supplies.
• Implement pest management and irrigation management practices.
• Perform tree climbing, rope access repelling, and other horticultural tasks as required.

• Minimum of two years experience in commercial or resort horticulture maintenance.
• Valid Nevada driver's license.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate English with guests, management, and other associates.
• Availability to work all shifts and days, including opening and closing shifts.
