Business Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a highly skilled Office Manager to join our Puttshack team. As a key member of our venue leadership team, this person will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our business.
About the JobThis role requires a unique blend of administrative, analytical, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks, including payroll administration, record keeping, file maintenance, accounts receivables, accounts payables, associate support/relations, guest services, and HR clerical duties.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records and perform financial tasks, such as processing invoices and managing accounts payable.
- Provide exceptional customer service to associates and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Support Center to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
- Experience with payroll processing and HR-related tasks.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
