Key Responsibilities- Task Assignment and Monitoring
Assign tasks to cleaning staff and monitor their progress to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to the required standards.
Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that cleaning staff are adhering to our quality standards and that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
Supply Chain ManagementIdentify and requisition new cleaning supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that our facilities are always well-stocked and equipped to meet our cleaning needs.
Employee Training and DevelopmentProvide training and support to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties to the highest standards.
Conflict ResolutionResolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between cleaning staff or between staff and management.
Workload ManagementMonitor and manage the workload of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to the required standards.
Equipment MaintenancePerform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment to ensure that it is in good working order.
Requirements- Language Skills
Bilingual in English and Polish is required.
Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with cleaning staff, management, and other stakeholders.
Conflict Resolution SkillsAbility to resolve conflicts and issues in a fair and professional manner.
Education and Experience- Education
High School Diploma is required.
Experience2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Preferred Qualifications- Certifications
CESE - Certified Environmental Services Executive, RESE- Registered Environmental Services Executive, CPCS - Certified Perioperative Cleaning Specialist, Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician, CHEST- Certified Health Environmental Services Technician.

We offer a competitive salary range of $51,000 to $85,000 and a wide range of benefits, including medical, well-being, financial planning, and short-term incentives benefits.
