We are seeking a skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA Services in Cumberland, RI. This is a possible temp to perm hybrid role requiring onsite work 1-2 days per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling payroll tax registrations and administrative tasks, including reconciling internal tax payments and registering state, local, unemployment, and federal taxes. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, in a business environment, as well as 2+ years of payroll tax experience. An Associate's Degree is required. The standard working hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

NTT DATA Services offers a comprehensive compensation package, estimated at $68,000 annually, based on industry standards for this role and location. In addition, we provide a full background investigation upon offer acceptance.

This role involves administrative tasks related to payroll tax, including:

  • Reconciling tax payments internally
  • Registering state, local, unemployment, and federal taxes
