We are seeking a highly skilled Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at an AHF HIV primary care outpatient facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to underserved populations, including the LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
- Collaborate with a full staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical research and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Competitive base salary and retention bonus up to $100,000.
- Quarterly bonus up to $2,500 and sign-on bonus.
- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K or 457B retirement plan.
- Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000.
- 100% outpatient practice with no nights or weekends.
- Shared call schedule.
- Student loan repayment available.
- CME stipend.
- Medical Board license (MD/DO/RNP) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Adult Gerontology, or Infectious Disease.
- Valid DEA and Furnishing license.
- Comfortable with seeing up to 15-18 patients per day.
- Prior experience or interest in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting.
- Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
