Position Overview:
- Participate in a 12-week hands-on internship program focused on Technical Sales and Business Development
- Develop skills in business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication
- Gain exposure to commercial HVAC equipment and building management controls
- Interact with various departments within Trane Technologies, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
- Potential to join our Graduate Training Program after graduation
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Learn about design, application, and sale of systems for buildings, including HVAC and building management controls
- Attend sales meetings, business functions, and customer meetings to gain hands-on experience in the sales process
- Build relationships with customers as a daily point-of-contact and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Engineering
- Valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Flexible to work remotely or onsite at various locations in North America
