Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

  • Utilize Technic APL HMI to efficiently execute jobs according to specified job order requirements.
  • Oversee the plating line to promptly address any errors that may arise.
  • Maintain and update the plating schedule as necessary.
  • Conduct maintenance on barrels and associated equipment.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, assist in the racking area, and cover the end of the line when required.
Core Functions:
  • Ensure consistent production throughput.
  • Supervise plating line operations and associated jobs.
  • Verify the accuracy of plating profiles.
  • Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues with the plating lines.
Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for hands-on tasks.
  • Familiarity with plating processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using Windows 10.
  • Completion of annual DOT HAZMAT and RCRA HAZWASTE training is necessary.
