About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the salon, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists and support staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service

Requirements:
