Assistant Salon Director Job Description

At Generator Supercenter of Austin, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-energy, positive environment that fosters client-centric service and drives store performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and sales, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for supervising Tanning Consultants, leading by example in all company operations, and fostering a sense of urgency to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead by example in all company operations, including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
  • Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members' daily performance.
  • Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
  • Assist the Salon Director in controlling top-line revenue and expenses.
Requirements:
  • College education preferred but not required.
  • Management and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Skilled Trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired.
