Job Overview

At Redwood Living, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Showcase apartment homes to potential residents, highlighting our community's unique features and amenities.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate resident events and activities, fostering a sense of community and resident engagement.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure our community's grounds and facilities are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to company financial guidelines.
  • Travel between Redwood neighborhoods as needed, representing our company and promoting our brand.
  • Supervise on-site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior management experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary for travel between communities.
  • Proficiency in general computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior sales or leasing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to operate smartphones, tablets, and computers, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 20 pounds and possess the ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk.
