- Communication: Briefs and communicates with customers, suppliers, and corporate executives with high intensity and professionalism.
- Team Management: Builds, develops, and manages manufacturing leadership teams capable of carrying out needed manufacturing strategies and improving employee relations.
- Relationship Building: Establishes strong relationships with management teams (EHS, Engineering, Sales, Quality, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment of company objectives and effective cross-functional processes.
- Performance Management: Develops others (performance management, rewards, and selection process); and creates an energizing work environment that supports the Company's high-performance culture while ensuring an efficient and flexible organization.
- Reporting: Leads monthly and quarterly business reviews with the Group Vice President, Division President, and CEO.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or an engineering discipline. MS or MBA degree is highly desirable.
- Experience: More than 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and responsibility.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading people and obtaining results through others, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of driving results in a Machining environment.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Financial Management: Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to apply budgeting processes and financial management tools.
- Quality Management: Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Documentation: Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Leadership: Established project management skills.
- Industry Expertise: Proven leadership in Fasteners, Aerospace, or Automotive type Industry.
- Relocation: Relocation is authorized for this position.
- Compensation: For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $200,000 to $275,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors.
- Bonus Plan: For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 50% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company's performance in the prior calendar year.
- Time Off: Employees will receive 160 hours paid time off every year.
- Holidays: Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
- Benefits: Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
- 401(k) Plan: Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
- Long-Term Incentive Program: The position will be eligible to participate in the Company's Long-Term Incentive Program.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
