Job Title: Dispatch Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dispatch Associate to join our team at Global Medical Response Inc. As a Dispatch Associate, you will play a critical role in responding to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to calls and emails using our communication and information management system to deliver excellent customer support to providers, facilities, and member representatives.
  • Schedule, assign, review, and route transportation requests using appropriate methods.
  • Clearly document communications following protocols and processes, and properly identify and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate trip data, including confirmations, routing time, issues, and performance.
  • Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow coworkers.
  • Demonstrate organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service
