Since our inception in 2009, we have established ourselves as a premier bar and grill in downtown Salt Lake City, renowned for our exceptional food.

We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and beverages. Our menu features unique offerings such as the exquisite Fungus Amongus Burger and the innovative Nut Butter Burger, both of which have garnered a loyal following.


While our culinary creations are a major draw, we understand that outstanding service is equally important in ensuring customer satisfaction. Our service team plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our delicious food and our valued patrons, upholding our high standards for taste, presentation, cleanliness, and service.

A Day in the Life of a Host/Hostess

As a host or hostess at Lucky 13 Bar and Grill, your friendly and professional demeanor sets the tone for each guest's experience from the moment they arrive.

Your goal is to ensure that every patron feels welcomed and appreciated, encouraging them to enjoy their time with us.

You greet customers with a warm smile, clearly communicate wait times, and escort them to their tables promptly.

In addition, you patiently address any inquiries and strive to accommodate special requests. Effective communication with other staff members is essential to provide the best service possible, and you also manage reservations efficiently.


Engaging with a diverse range of guests throughout your shift is a rewarding aspect of this role, and you take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

Work Schedule

Full-time positions are available, with day shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and night shifts from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am.
