Role Summary:

The Assistant Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in our marketing and sales initiatives, focusing on attracting, engaging, and onboarding new clients. This position requires close collaboration with both the marketing and sales teams to devise and implement strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, possessing strong communication skills, and eager to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the sales and marketing teams to formulate and execute customer enrollment strategies.
  • Design and refine engaging marketing campaigns aimed at potential clients through outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in crafting compelling presentations to facilitate sales on behalf of our partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, producing reports and insights to assess effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure a smooth customer journey from enrollment to post-purchase assistance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance enrollment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role related to sales, marketing, or public relations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A strong enthusiasm for marketing and customer engagement, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.
  • An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with the capacity to work across different functions.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn from constructive feedback.
  • Prior internship or coursework in marketing is beneficial but not essential.
