Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Seacliff location. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, customer experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in our stores. You will oversee all aspects of the store, including hiring, training, coaching, problem-solving, reporting, and promoting. Your focus will be on growing sales and KPIs while maintaining an exceptional level of guest service by developing a strong team alongside you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service while meeting company financial and operational goals.
  • Become an expert in our POS system to maximize POP sales and utilize technology resources to ensure we are open and selling during business hours.
  • Oversee all cash handling, including auditing cash handling procedures regularly.
  • Ensure all food storage, preparation, and servicing practices meet Nekter standards and local public health services.
  • Responsible for your store's profit and loss statements and work to ensure you are meeting company financial targets.
  • Handle sensitive employee issues with care and tact, following company HR protocol.
  • Energize about spreading our healthy lifestyle with your local community through partnerships, promotions, and sampling.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience.
  • Point of Sale experience, NCR knowledge is a plus.
  • Profit and Loss statement review and presentation skills.
  • Food cost management skills.
  • Labor cost management skills.
  • Food preparation skills.
  • Cash handling skills.
  • Working knowledge of California labor laws.
  • Passion for healthy food and healthy living.
  • Flexible schedule, your work hours are based on business needs.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.

The pay range for this role is: $27.00/hourly
