Job Summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our after-school child care program at the Northside YMCA.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise a group of school-age children, ensuring their safety and well-being
Assist with program planning, budgeting, and administrative tasks
Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and staff
Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to YMCA standards


Requirements


2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in child care or education
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Degree in a related field or CDA required, or meet DSS licensing requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
