The Sr. Coldfusion Web Developer will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, training, upgrading, enhancing, and providing ongoing support for all systems developed internally by Regal Medical Group and its affiliates. This includes working in a fast-paced environment to support all customer areas by following programming and documentation standards set by the IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Manager Web Development and Infrastructure Applications Architect to create customized applications and enhance website capabilities according to current development methodologies.
Develop, program, test, and maintain front-end and back-end web-related projects, including websites, landing pages, and databases.
Perform and produce in a fast-paced development environment.
Knowledge of relational databases and applications, including design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
Follow proper coding standards.
Understand user experience (UX).
Familiarity with insurance, healthcare, and financial systems is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to establish and maintain effective key business relationships with both internal staff and external contacts.
Ability to work independently, with a high sense of urgency, and adapt to situations quickly.
Attend meetings and provide information to staff as appropriate.
Develop and provide analysis to support research and development of IS initiatives.
Develop supporting documentation, including training material, with the support of other IS staff.
Knowledge and experience with system development methodology, with the ability to tie these into the use of department standards and policies and procedures.
Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security regulations and ability to assist in implementation and enforcement of these regulations and incorporate them into the development of new and existing projects.
Knowledgeable and conversant in the latest trends and practices in information technology, and its culture and role in the healthcare industry, and work to keep those skills up to date.
Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3-5 years' experience in the design and development of applications using Coldfusion, SQL Server, JavaScript, Angular, JSON, JQuery.
Experience with CSS frameworks such as Compass and Bootstrap and mobile-friendly website development.
Experience with CMS.
Familiarity with SEO and social networking sites.
Understanding of security fundamentals.
Experience in IT Healthcare is a plus.
Mura CMS System experience is a plus.
Experience with clinical applications is a plus.
Experience with .NET framework and/or PHP is a plus.
Android/iOS development experience is a plus.
Experience in XML, XHTML, AJAX, XSL, XSLT is a plus.
Experience with SASS or LESS is a plus.
