Job Title: Financial Reporting Coordinator

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description

This role will assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in directing the company's accounting functions, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various departments and locations within TBI.

  • Establish and maintain accounting practices and procedures;
  • Act as liaison between TBI and outside accounting firms and pension plan administrators;
  • Maintain and assist with annual benefit and insurance renewals;
  • Perform operational tasks such as AP and AR;
  • Become familiar with practice management software;
  • Administer monthly reporting required under various Agreements;
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees;
  • Prepare monthly statistical reports for CEO;
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations;
  • Preparation and transmittal of monthly, semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls;
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly financial statements and reports for CEO;
  • Perform back house accounting functions for related entity;
  • Handle special projects as needed;
  • Continuously explore alternative methods for effective and efficient collection and disbursement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2-5 years' experience with accounting concepts, practices and procedures, excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products and accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
