Responsibilities:

  • Prepare company federal tax returns and reviews
  • Develop strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes quarterly/yearly
  • Improve company tax procedures through process improvements
  • Filing of consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns and other business-related filings
  • Support various internal audits and coordinate auditors' requests
  • Manage transfer price, APA, International tax (BEAT, GILTI) projects
  • Reconcile tax data on financial statements
  • Research and develop tax-saving strategies, tax laws implications, and advise clients on tax-related issues
  • Frequent ad-hoc reports

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or Masters in Tax and/or CPA certification preferred
  • 8+ years' experience in Accounting with local/state/federal tax reporting required
  • Bilingual Korean required
  • International tax knowledge (BEAT, GILTI)
  • Strong technical and research skills
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues, and activities

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
