**About the Opportunity**

Sasha Bruce Youthwork Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homeless Youth Advocate to join our team in Washington D.C. As a Homeless Youth Advocate, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of homeless youth by providing critical support services and promoting positive outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical and crisis intervention services to residents in Chloe House.
  • Develop and implement activity schedules that promote healthy relationships and life skills among residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of house activities, incidents, and interventions.
  • Ensure resident safety and supervise adherence to house rules and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience in human services or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with adolescents/young adults is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Benefits:**

  • An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
