Key Responsibilities

  • Pass a thorough screening process, including background checks and reference checks

Location

We are currently seeking Host Home Independent Providers in the Eastern Iowa region, including the counties of Mitchell, Floyd, Butler, Grundy, Howard, Chickasaw, Bremer, Black Hawk, Winneshiek, Fayette, Buchanan, Allamakee, Clayton, Delaware, Linn, Johnson, Jones, Cedar, Muscatine, Dubuque, Jackson, Clinton, and Scott.

This is a contracted position, and Lutheran Services in Iowa will provide support and resources to ensure the success of our Host Home Independent Providers.
