Position Overview:
Act as a representative for the organization on various design and construction initiatives, encompassing new projects, expansions, renovations, and retrofitting efforts. Supervise design and construction processes, coordinate contractual agreements, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage project timelines. Direct teams and engage with both internal and external partners on intricate projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage design and construction initiatives remotely with periodic site inspections.
  • Oversee large-scale projects characterized by moderate to high complexity.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Proven experience applying the Last Planner System and Lean Construction methodologies in healthcare settings.
  • Capability to develop accurate cost estimates and schedules for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, building codes, and approval processes at various governmental levels.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Proven leadership in delivering healthcare facility projects.
  • Comprehensive experience in managing projects from design through to completion in hospital environments.
