As a vital member of our remote CSR Dispatch Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that gas stations receive timely assistance for maintenance issues. Our service operates around the clock, allowing you to contribute to a seamless experience for our customers.
Position Details:
This is a remote position with all necessary equipment supplied by SolvOne.
Available Shifts:
- Early Morning Shift: Friday to Tuesday, 4:00 AM PT - 12:30 PM PT
- Swing Shift: Friday to Tuesday, 2:00 PM PT - 10:30 PM PT
- Swing Shift: Thursday to Monday, 2:00 PM PT - 10:30 PM PT
- Graveyard Shift: Thursday to Sunday, 7:30 PM PT - 6:00 AM PT

Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to establish a home office.
- Reside in Oregon or SW Washington.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
- Commit to delivering outstanding service through both phone and digital interactions.
- Ability to quickly learn new information, policies, and software relevant to the petroleum industry.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office and general internet navigation.
- Successfully complete a computer skills assessment and training evaluations.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay rate of $14.50 per hour, with opportunities for incremental raises as training progresses. We are committed to promoting from within, offering pathways to roles in Technical Support, Project Management, Leadership, and Training Departments as they become available.
