Job Title: AW Pipeline Technician

Join TransForce as an AW Pipeline Technician and contribute to the maintenance and repair of our water and wastewater infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of various vehicles and heavy equipment.
  • Perform labor-intensive work, including excavation, repair, and replacement of water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Assist in the completion of paperwork, forms, and reports as necessary.
  • Learns how to respond to citizen questions, concerns, and complaints.
Requirements:
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver License or the ability to acquire one by your hire date.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to interact directly with customers and provide a high level of customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a heavy industrial setting.
  • Experience using computer navigation skills and familiarity with a computer work order system.
Work Environment:

This position is in a heavy industrial setting and requires performing all duties associated with operating heavy equipment outdoors in all weather conditions. The position will include cross-training in operations of various equipment and requires adaptability and willingness to change or modify work load on demand and multitask.
