Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD programs, and USDA-Rural Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels, while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train a team of staff members, including leasing consultants, community service supervisors, and maintenance technicians.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD programs, and USDA-Rural Development.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in property management software, including Yardi, Yieldstar, and Weblisters.
