Senior Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Cashier to join our team at Eaglecrest Ski Area. As a Senior Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a point-of-sale system, and managing cash transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide high-quality customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Operate a point-of-sale system, accurately processing transactions and handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stock and maintain the season pass area and ticket booth with necessary supplies, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Assist in training new cashiers and provide support to the Revenue Coordinator and Director of Base Operations as needed.

• 6 months of clerical experience, including cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
