Job Title: Business Process Analyst II

IGT is a global leader in gaming, delivering entertaining and responsible gaming experiences for players across all channels and regulated segments. We're seeking a Business Process Analyst II to join our Global Logistics team as a Logistics Lean Champion. This role will involve streamlining processes and spearheading lean initiatives across logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify waste and cost savings projects within the logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams to identify, assess, develop, and validate process improvement opportunities.
  • Focus on business performance, eliminating waste, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering business results using Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process and Value Stream maps.
  • Ensure comprehensive organization of updated documentation of processes and methodologies.
  • Lead, maintain, and contribute to Lean concepts and teaching through an established departmental LSS program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business.
  • Professional experience in industries such as Gaming, High Tech, Electronics, or Consumer Goods.
  • Strong understanding of concepts related to transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in using analytical and operational tools, including Power BI, Lama Soft, and Microsoft SQL.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage.
  • Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
  • Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience in tracking KPIs, managing improvement projects, and reporting cost savings.
  • Experience with key Lean tools, including Value Stream Mapping, A3 methodology, and Kaizen methods.
  • Ability to facilitate Lean training sessions and lead Kaizen events.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482/yr - $115,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
