Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes and systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business issues and processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing practical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing system setup and data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Communicate project objectives, parameters, status, and outcomes to stakeholders, managing client expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in human resources or payroll administration, with a focus on project management and change management.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to define critical tasks, establish project plans, and monitor progress.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate team efforts and provide guidance and direction to team members.
- Knowledge of project management techniques, business processes, and applicable policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, and/or Oracle compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Experience with compensation and benefits practices and systems.
