  • Develop and maintain reports for weekly Corporate investment committee meetings.
  • Track key performance indicators weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Assist in development of new projects in Hyperion.
  • Assemble, organize, and review documents and communications between Corporate investment committee and the field. Prioritize, research, and answer questions in a timely manner while keeping relevant parties in the loop regarding status.
  • Continuously review current processes and reports for potential improvements.
  • Provide timely, correct, and comprehensive research and analysis support for land-related inquiries on an as needed basis.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • 1-2 years of prior finance experience.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and detail-orientation that enables the content and material creation that can be directly distributed to senior leadership without review.
