Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Field Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Regional Director of Operations and Franchise Business Consultants, ensuring the smooth operation of our Field Operations Division.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including franchise owners and employees.
- Ensure all administrative needs of the Field Operations Division are addressed, including correspondence, meeting preparation, and report generation.
- Assist in the preparation for on-site and off-site meetings, record meetings, and transcribe minutes as requested.
- Prepare franchise performance reports and provide results to Franchise Business Consultants for follow-up.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Communicate franchise dispatch statuses to the Field Operations team.
- Monitor regional calendars to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and Maintain Department Systems and Resources.
- Support the annual "APA" validation/verification process by confirming all information is entered into the SERVPRO APA system.
- Assist the Customer Care Center during high call volume.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Administrative/Organization skills including calendar management and scheduling, filing maintenance and organization, telephone business acumen, and travel planning and coordination.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
