PsiQuantum is revolutionizing the field of quantum computing by building a general-purpose silicon photonic quantum computer. We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to join our team as a Photonics Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and optimize high-performance integrated photonic components
- Develop and deploy software solutions for photonic design and data analysis projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on photonic circuit validation, screening, and improvement
- Contribute to the development of novel photonic devices and circuits
- PhD or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
- 5+ years of experience in integrated photonics or a related field
- Strong computational and analytic skills in photonic design and data analysis
- Proficiency in Python programming and commercial software platforms
- Competitive base pay range: $120,000 - $170,000 USD
