Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services. You will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely medication, and that the pharmacy is running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to provide patient care and services
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
  • Ensure that patients receive accurate and timely medication, and that the pharmacy is running efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
